One of our most popular cheeses, Chateau de Bourgogne is beautifully rich, silky, and extremely creamy. It is made in the Burgundy region of France with pasteurized cow’s milk. This triple cream brie spreads like soft butter! This style of cheese originated in the nineteenth century when wheels made from cow's milk were made with added cream. Perfect by itself or on some baguette or cracker, or with a fruit jelly and a glass of champagne.
