Made with pasteurized milk, this semi-firm, lactose-free cheese has a surface ripened rind for 4 to 6 weeks on pine boards. This unique cheese has a soft, creamy and generous paste that lingers in the mouth and leaves you the pleasure of discovering the aromas and tastes of a well-cultivated cheese; that is to say enriched and harmonized by the smells and flavours of ice cider.
