
Roquefort is made in Roquefort-sur-Soulzon. The paste is white, tangy, crumbly and slightly moist, with distinctive veins of blue mold. It has a characteristic fragrance and flavor. Slightly barnyardy, with a fruity flavour of pears and a slightly granular texture in the creaminess of the paste.

Sold in ~100g portions. If you'd like more than 100g, add another to your cart. Whatever amount you choose, we'll default to cutting you a single large piece of cut cheese, not multiple 100g wedges.
