Lankaaster is a hard cow's milk cheese with a slightly open texture. The cheese is shaped as a loaf to express the fact that it is meant to be sliced and eaten directly on bread. It is very flavourful with the perfect amount of bite. Aged 12 months in-house.

Sold in ~100g portions. If you'd like more than 100g, add another to your cart. Whatever amount you choose, we'll default to cutting you a single large piece of cut cheese, not multiple 100g wedges.
