
This Cheddar is gently smoked in smoldering pure maple wood. The result is a mild smoky flavour that complements the complex, nutty taste of this aged cheese. The complex, nutty flavour is a nice compliment to pale ales, stout, brown ale or cider, Malbec, or Merlot.

Sold in ~100g portions. If you'd like more than 100g, add another to your cart. Whatever amount you choose, we'll default to cutting you a single large piece of cut cheese, not multiple 100g wedges.
