Dense but light, melts in the mouth as you discover summer black truffle veins in every bite. This cheese is made in the famous region of La Mancha, well known for its Manchego, in Spain. The milk used to produce this cheese is rich and earthy, with an almost lanolin silkiness, which confers a unique and pure white paste. Aged for at least 4 months.

Sold in ~100g portions. If you'd like more than 100g, add another to your cart. Whatever amount you choose, we'll default to cutting you a single large piece of cut cheese, not multiple 100g wedges.
