What in-store pick-up options are there?
All completed orders can be picked up in our store the day after your order is placed, from noon to 5pm (unless you have specified a different pick-up date in the note of your order), at 947 2nd Ave E, Owen Sound, ON N4K 2H5. Orders placed after midnight on Friday can be picked up on Tuesday since we are closed on Sunday and Monday. If you have any questions please email us at email@example.com or call 519-372-1130. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your pick-up time are nonrefundable.
What are your local delivery options?
We provide local delivery to the immediate Owen Sound area for a $10 surcharge. Please provide your address, contact details, and desired delivery date & time in the notes section before proceeding to checkout.
Do you ship anywhere outside of Owen Sound?

Do you sell foie gras?
Due to concerns over animal welfare, we do not carry foie gras, including many products that contain foie gras such as terrines and rillettes. We only sell Foie Gras-free pâtés.
Do you sell vegan cheese?
Yes! We sell a delicious selection of cashew- and soy-based vegan cheeses, and you can order a prepared vegan and gluten-free cheese & charcuterie board for pick up, or eat-in dining.
Is your shop kid-friendly?
As a family-owned business, we know just how much of a lifesaver it can be when shops and restaurants are kid-friendly. We have a highchair, change table in the bathroom, and can adjust some dishes to include more kid-friendly cheeses and ingredients.
Why did I only receive 1 piece of cheese when I ordered 2?
When our customers order more than 1 unit of a given cheese, we send them the total weight as a single piece. We do this best preserve the quality of the cheese—a single piece keeps better, with less drying out, than two or more individual pieces. For example, if you order 2 units of Parmigiano Reggiano which is sold in 100g increments, we will send you a single 200g piece instead of two 100g pieces. We want your cheese to stay in the best condition for as long as possible. If you would prefer to receive two separate pieces of cheese, just let us know in the notes section of the shopping cart when you check out.
I want to buy a gift certificate for someone else through your website. Should I use their email address or my own at checkout?
To ensure you receive your purchase confirmation, you should use your own email address and contact information when purchasing one of our gift certificates. After you've checked out, you'll receive a separate email with a link to the gift certificate. You can then forward this email along to the recipient who will be able to easily access the card and start shopping online or in the store with the 16-digit gift certificate code. Alternatively, you can print the gift certificate and give it to the recipient in person.
I have one of your old, paper gift certificates. Can I use it to purchase something on the website?
We switched our gift certificate system in the fall of 2023. Our old, paper gift certificates are still valid but cannot be processed on our website. We will be happy to convert your old gift certificate to a new digital gift card which you can use on our site and in the shop.
